1966 John Deere 60

I have been working on this old restored John Deere 60 for some time now. Down to getting deck drive belt, from engine to deck. Does anyone have dimensions of belt used ??

Thanks

This may get you started in the right direction, although they don't specifically show belts. HAPCO - Model 60 - 1966-69

If you can find the OEM part number often times you can go on the belt manufacures webs sites and cross reference the number.
Gates is one I use.

Thank You Chandler, I sent them a message. Even if I had a belt number I could cross it but I have just the machine. Time for more internet work.

Yep, measure the pulley groove at its widest point and wrap a rope around all the pulleys in sequence, then measure the rope.

You might also try the John Deere web site. They regularly have parts for my tractor from the early 60's.
