poulan chain saw won't start

I have a Poulan 2075 chain saw. I replaced the bulb and all the gas lines. Now I can't get it to start. I checked that the lines are correctly connected: the small diameter line has a filter and goes from the gas tank to the top of the carb, the bulb line TANK uses the larger line to the tank, and the bulb line CARB goes to the lower part of the carb. When I pull the plug it is wet and I can see a spark.

If the plug is wet, the saw is flooded. It could be that the carb is leaking. Try to start it with full throttle and no choke. It may take 20 vigorous pulls since it's flooded, but see if it will. Sometimes the carb will work itself out when the engine starts, sometimes not.

If the carb is a ZAWA, you have the gas lines reversed at the carb.

The metering diaphragm may be hard and is holding the needle open to allow fuel to flow into engine.
