Authentic Oregon G6 Mower Blades??
I bought a new set of blades off of Amazon for my Scag and after looking at the label, I'm led to believe they might not be authentic. The label lists the Oregon name, PN but then says "Replaces G6" . Your thoughts?

Got the OEM # for the blades?
If so go on the Oregon web site and use that number to cross it over.
Still confused call Oregon and ask them.
They have been very helpful when I've called.
Good idea to go to the G6 gater blades, I went from 20 hours on the OEM blades and they where shot to 60 hours before even having to sharpen the G6 blades.
I buy all my blades from AG Supply.

Not sure what you are asking? That is an "authentic" Oregon label, but Oregon blades are after market parts that replace or instead for OEM parts.
The length and center hole size and type are listed on the label. Measure or compare to you original.

My question was are they fake? There is a lot of junk coming on from off shore, mainly China, that LOOKS like the real thing but is made of inferior materials or otherwise fake. The way this label read, it led me to believe it could have been fake. It says REPLACES Gator G6. I talked to Oregon tech support and they confirmed the blades are true Oregon and that the label should have been worded differently.
