Need a flywheel for a troy bilt string trimmer TB685EC ?

Hello, anyone know where I can buy a used flywheel (starter fan blade) for a troy bilt TB685EC?
The only option I can find is to buy another 'short block':

Lawn & Garden Equipment Engine Short Block | Part Number 753-08326 | GUARANTEED FIT from Sears PartsDirect

which is way too much money.

Attached is a picture.

I bought a Troy-Bilt JumpStart Electric Engine Starter (Shop Troy-Bilt JumpStart Electric Engine Starter at Lowes.com) for now to get it started.

I just wish I could get just that part or from someone used ...

Got
Got a Troy Bilt TB685EC trimmer and it will not engage to start because the pins on the fan one is broken and I can not find a replacement. Was this one made especially for Lowe’s because it is very cheap and flimsy. Very disapointed with this Troy Bilt. Thanks for any help I can get ....

Papermaker you need to go back and start a new thread, not add onto someone else's
It gets to confusing for everyone trying to figure out who's talking to who.

I personally would would not spend a penny trying to fix or even buy a Troy Blit anything!
I have taken apart some of there newer products and your right , there built as cheap as possible.
The trimmer I worked on I was just blown away when looking at the dogs, no way is that going to hold up, I was amazed it even worked the first time.
The Pony rototiller I bought the pull cord broke the first week.
Want one that will hold up, going to have to spend more money.
My Stihl's that get used every day have always started, only thing I've done in 5 years is changed the air filter and spark plug.
I own 2, Stihl chainsaws, a pole saw, 4 line trimmers, 2, blowers, 2, hedge trimmers.
Only time anything was in the shop was because I got some bad gas and did not have time to fix it.
All my trimmers and pole saw start on the first pull.
