Craftsman GT PTO problem

I have Craftsman garden tractor model #917273041. Motor was cutting when I released the clutch and pulled the PTO switch. Took off the Occupancy Sensor and reconnected it (it had some moisture in it and the contacts were a little corroded). Cleaned it and put it back on and now engine starts and doesn't cut out when I release the clutch/brake, but the PTO doesn't engage. I get no click, but it seems to get power to the pigtail going into PTO. There is also continuity through the clutch. I assume that if it were any of the switches or relays I would NOT be getting juice down at the PTO - correct? Can anyone think of anything else it might be before I drop the clutch and spring for a new one? Thanks, David

Continuity as in NO resistance? I don't recall what it should be but I think somewhere between 3-5 ohms.

Do you have voltage coming back out of the clutch or just going to it?
