Briggs & Stratton 6HP engine running rough

I have a pressure washer with a 6 HP Briggs & Stratton engine (Model 122K02-0169-El). I did not use it for some time and the carb gaskets deteriorated. I replaced them, soaked the carb in Berryman B-12 Chemtool. With the engine running, I spayed some directly into the carb. the engine starts easily, but runs rough. If I put the choke on about 1/4, it smooths out a lot. What should I do to get the engine running smooth without the choke?

Still have a fuel issue.
If there a filter in the tank or in line?
Tried adding some Sea Foam to the gas?
Just soaking is not going to cut it, it needed to be ultrasonic cleaned and the jets blown out.
Any power tool that gets little use (rototiller, generator, ECT. you should be using non ethenal fuel, let it run out of fuel or at least adding a fuel shut off so you can do so.

Soaking may not remove all clogs.
Use a small wire like a bread tie or torch tip cleaner, spray and probe all orifices and clean/dry with compressed air.
Each time you spray an orifice, look for an exit and free flow.

Just needs a bigger hammer
