Stihl handheld leaf blower stops running

I have an odd issue, my Still handheld leaf blower stops running when I pick it up and lean it forward to blow the ground.

It will run fine on the ground with choke on full, half and off, with full power too.

Starts on the first pull, idle is on the rich side rather than too lean.

But as soon as I pick it up and slightly tilt it forward it cuts out.

Any ideas?

Bolts

Check to see if all bolts are tight. Sounds like an air leak.

Check the fuel filter in the tank is still attached to the fuel line.

Just needs a bigger hammer

Will check for air leaks and tighten bolts.

Yes the fuel strainer is still attached.

I didn't know if there was some kind of tilt sensor thing

Or something common

Ok taken it all apart, no loose bolts, no air leaks, petrol filter all clear, spark plug fine, next diagnostic please.

Also if I start it sideways laying on the intake side and pick it up holding it sideways it continues to run without a problem, blew all the garden grass away and cleared driveway of leaves like that no issues, tilt it upright and it sounds like it runs rich and floods itself and then cuts out.

Ideas?
