Yardman/MTD snowblower parts needed

I have the yardman mtd model 31ae553f401 snowblower. I just found that this thing is pretty worn out. What is this call and do I just replace the black rubber thing or the whole wheel thing?

I wonder if it's the MTD 756-0313 PULLEY-IDLER based on this diagram. However, based on some of the images, I do not see the rubber ring inside of the wheel. The Wheel Assembly - Friction seems more like it but if it is, I wonder if they sell just the rubber ring.

Here's another picture showing the rubber ring better.

Looks like Amazon carries the rubber friction disk.

It looks like the rubber friction drive piece is available separately.
Part # MTD 935-0243B. Only $15 and half a days labor.
