Onan Camp Power 4000 w generator is hard starting!

My generator is almost new, 3 hours, but will not start easy. I have to prime it up to 4 times before it gets going. And cranking in-between!
Anybody has had the same problem and found a solution?
Let me know please! The manual does not talk about that.....
This is an RV generator.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

You're getting air in the system it sounds like. I'd check all fittings and lines to be sure all clamps are tight and there are no wet areas. You may have to pressurize the supply line with air and check with soapy water for the leak. It could be farther back where it comes out of the tank.
