Wheel Horse tractor problem

Hi All, my tractor all of a sudden has a clutch/brake pedal problem in that it has gotten extremely loose to the point it has to be let out almost all the way in order to get the tractor to move,I found a broken spring laying on the deck but can't find out where it should got is not part of the deck.

The spring goes from the tensioner arm on the short belt under the seat area that goes to the transmission input pulley. It stretches to a bolt on the frame on the right side of the mower just to the right of the tensioner arm. It is hard to put back on, I usually tie a pull rope into a loop and use it to pull the spring far enough to hook onto the bolt.

Thanks cheese, I found the parts break down and there looks like there are 3 springs related to the clutch/brake pedal,I suspect that the mower deck would need to be removed to replace these springs.
