Broken pull cord
Hello all, I have an older gas powered Homlite trimmer (serial # HI1000703). The pull cord broke close to the handle while it was running. I have tried to take it apart to replace the pull cord but can't get the housing off to get at the cord inside.....help.

The number you posted does not bring up any hits. Please post the model number.
I normally just start removing screws until I get to what I need to . Many times screws are Torx screws. Be sure to check for screws under labels.
