How to ID this engine

A good friend gave me this lawnmower a couple years back and it's always started. This year it just will not stay running. I believe the problem is in the carb, however, there are no #s any where on this machine. Cannot tell you what kind of mower it is other than it is red in color. It has a 3.5 HP Tecumseh engine with a #stamped on carb flange that reads 1050c9v1 (even though I store it in a heated pump house all decals are sun bleached so you cannot make out any words or letters. Would anyone have any idea as to where I might find any ID for this mower? I want to either buy another carb or rebuild this one.

 

Try LEV80 and LEV90 and see if one of those matches yours.
