Echo trimmer clutch replaced but still spinning at idle

Echo GT 225 grass trimmer. Noticed the shaft was spinning at idle so replaced the clutch with a new part. Now it seems to slow at idle but doesn't stop completely like I would expect. Bad part? Other possibilities?

Could the idle be set too fast? Have a good one. Geo

There is a fast and slow speed adjustment, Check YouTube for videos to set!

Slow the engine down. The high and low speed adjustments are not for the engine speed, they are for the fuel mixture. There is an idle screw you will want to adjust to slow down the idle speed.
