Techumsah engine model number? Do I have to take it apart to see it?

This is on a Noma D2450010 from the late 1990s. It has a 5HP Techumsah Snow King engine. But can't see the model number.

I google things and find some places on engines post 2004. Nothing for older units, nothing for an engine that looks like this one. Any idea where I can look? Do I have to take things apart to see it?

It's sometimes hiding underneath the electric start button, stamped into the engine shroud.

On my 1990 MTD 8hp, the engine serial number label is on the top cover next to the spark plug.

On the side of the blower housing, either next to the muffler area or behind the gas tank.
