Harbor freight pressure washer shooting gas from air filter face.

https://youtu.be/Sr2l-TVjjWQ

Short video explains it all. It shoots from this little hole, I would imagine is a vent line or something but it's not the main one that goes to the carburetor it comes straight out into the air filter area. Any ideas?

My first guess would be the float in the carb. is sticking or there's trash in the float seat causing the engine to flood.
Any gas powered tool like that will have fuel issues 99% of the time unless to do a few simple things.
Use non ethanol fuel.
Instead of just shutting it off close the fuel valve and let it run out of fuel.
At the end of the year run until the tanks dry.

Okay, it's supposed to shoot out when it's filled too much apparently. Idk why it's made like that but oh well. I can't over fill it I guess
