Echo blower Boggs done when I give it gas
New carb and fuel lines
If I lay it on it's side it runs fine what gives

Check that the filter is still on the line inside the gas tank and the lines not stiff.
I had a brand new out of the box Husqvarna that was doing this the first time I used it, when I checked the line in the tank it was a black line that had turned to mush.
