Need help Koehler 25hp ech740
Runs fine for 4-5 minutes then splitters and blows smoke out of exhaust, put it in low idle and will recover, put back in high idle will run for a few minutes then start sputtering again

Thank you, already changed the lines and cleaned the tank and changed filter so got to be pump or in the carb I guess, was told the coil but was really thinking it was fuel problem

Could be a choke closing, float needle sticking open, or clogged carburetor vent. Possibly fuel in the crankcase too, check to see if the oil is thin and smells like gas.
