What's this little gear plate thing called?

I have the Husqvarna cRT900 tiller. It seemed this little geared looking metal thing here broke at the top and now I can't set the height of the handle anymore. Does anyone know what this thing is called or part number so I can reorder them for replacement?

Okay, I think I found it. It's called a lock handle crt. My next question is, how do I replace it? The manual doesn't show what screws to remove and replace the lock.

You need to look at the assembly and see which bolts hold the handle in place. It looks like two bolts and the adjustment handle are involved but it's not always easy looking at the exploded parts view.
