Echo 58 volt power head battery problem

My newish Echo 58 volt string trimmer has a problem. About every third time that I let off the trigger to move from one area to another, when I go to restart it, it does not start. However if I remove the battery and reinsert, that fixes it. However, short of that, no amount of bopping the battery to be sure it is seated right, etc., does the trick. This is kind of a pain. Any idea how I can fix it? (short of returning it) Thnx.

If it's under warranty....... get it replaced. Many high capacity packs have temperature sensors in them that keep them from operating or charging if out of tolerance.
