Angry Snowblower problem

I started my Simplicity snowblower with the electric start yesterday for the first time this season. It started and was running smoothly for several minutes. I shut it down, came back about an hour later and both the recoil and electric starters were jammed. Oil is okay and it was filled with fresh gas. Temperature was just under freezing.

Take the spark plug out and see if it will turn. Do it very carefully and outside, gas may come shooting out, so pull slowly. Also make sure the spark plug wire is tied out of the way and not able to spark while doing this. If the cylinder is full of gas, the carburetor is leaking.
