120V motor air compressor

Maybe my question seems to be primitive enough, but, I'd like to clarify one detail about my 120V compressor. At the same time my Arcgen has only 110v output. May I swap the 120v plug to a 110v plug? The model of my compressor is Porter-cable pcfpo2003 I found it here with the description, but I'm not sure whether I could use it considering my 110V plug.

Welcome to the forums.

This is predominantly a North American based site so I changed your link to something that would work here.

Not sure where you live but here in North America we have 120v and a 110v and 120v plug are the same exact thing. As I understand the power system...... in the Ukraine you have 220v @50hz power. If your Arcgen has a 110v-120v output on it..... that should work fine.

[left]So I recently purchased a drift trike with a Predator 212cc motor on it. I used it for several days perfectly fine, when I purchased it I did notice the oil was dirty so I did a oil change on it. Today I decided to use AMSOIL Power Foam through the throttle. I warmed the motor up, sprayed the foam while giving it some throttle to keep the motor going. I did end up over spraying and not holding the throttle and the motor stalled. Thinking nothing of it because I’ve done the same on my car, I let it sit about 10mins after. I went to start the motor up to burn off the left overs and now it refuses to start. I did choke the motor, I gave it throttle while attempting to start it. Nothing works. I did notice that some gas was spitting out of the throttle body. I checked spark, I do have spark. I figured these motors have a oil sensor so I checked oil and it was good. What else can I do at this point or what should I do to get this thing going again? I feel I probably flooded it by spraying too much and letting it stall out. I am completely new to small engines. **update** I attempted to start again after letting it sit a few hours with the throttle open. I just pulled the spark plug, it had little fluid on it. Looked through the plug hole, piston appears dry, gave it couple pulls to see if fluid will shoot out. Nothing came out. Reinstalled plug and waiting for any advice. [/left]Read More

Tecumseh HH70 starting help, please

It's an HH70-140038C, serial # 8296C on my rototiller. The engine starts and runs great, but the problem is that it darn near rips the pull rope out of my hand, and, although I'm not 100% certain, I think it is getting worse. So, first question, am I correct in thinking that it's a timing issue? Second, I have removed the flywheel to check the key and it is good, but where do I go from here, as far as timing? My old reliable Chilton's small engine manual has proven irreplaceable any number of times over the years, but I haven't worked on Tecumseh's that much and the timing procedures seem a bit too general, causing me to wonder if I should follow them or not. So if I'm on the wrong track and should be looking at something else I would appreciate hearing that, but if I'm on the right track, if anyone can tell me how to proceed with verifying the timing that would be greatly appreciated. Again, it starts fine, usually on the second or third pull, and runs great.Read More
