Please help, save me a lot of money. My husband doesn't like to use the rider & I want to give it to my recently divorced daughter. It has set in the shed for the last 4 years with very little use. Now when you start it, oil is blowing out of the exhaust & will not continue to run. Any ideas? Thanks to all that help.

Check the oil level. If it's over filled, the carb is probably leaking gas into the crank case.
If you find that's the case, drain all the gas and oil out, pull the carb float bowl and clean the float valve seat.
Then stick it all together with new oil and gas and let it run until the oil burns off. It should be OK. If it still has problems running, the carb will need taken apart and cleaned.
