Dixie Chopper

Anyone else here own a Dixie Chopper lawn mower?
I just bought a brand new 60" Magnum and I'm not impressed.
My 52" Ferris is way faster in a drag race, and far easier to steer at slow speeds.
Steering it in a straight line is near impossible.
The steering control arms are very hard to even move compared to the Ferris or any of the many Z Turns I've owned.
The dealer says there all like that.
There's gas shocks on the control arms, I'm going to try removing them to see if that helps.
Also the cup holder is so small and shallow a medium size bottle of Gator aid will not even fit and any smaller bottle falls out when going over a bump.
Even the rear tires Pi** me off, there's very little traction so there spinning when making a turn, and slip sideways on any slight slope.
Not impressed with how the hour meter works, they just ran a wire from the meter and wrapped it around the spark wire, it looks like a hack job to me.
