Cub Cadet 2176 Kohler engine no fuel to fuel pump

rebuilt carb,cleaned and checked fuel solenoid, put on new fuel pump valve cover,new fuel line to tank, new filter, took fuel tank off and cleaned, replaced fuel and it started and ran for about 5 minutes then died?

You can start at the fuel tank and follow the fuel line. Check at every connection to see if fuel is getting that far. If so then move on to the next thing in line. You can also start at the fuel pump and work towards the fuel tank until you find where the fuel flows. If you didn't replace or clean out the fuel lines there may have been a chunk or glob that moved when you ran the engine and it clogged something.

everything is new including the OEM filter, that means I,ve done all the above, the filter seems to have small bubbles in it when it dies! I even made sure the gas cap had air holes cleaned out.
