Starting hot Stihl 320 Back pack Blower

My blower starts faithfully when the engine is cold. If I used it for any length of time and shut it off, then I need to let it sit for at least an hour before I can get it to start again. Any suggestions, is my carb adjusted too rich??

How do you try to start it hot? No choke, full throttle?

If the engine starts when cold and runs fine I doubt you have a carburetor problem. Like Cheese I think you just need a different technique for starting when the engine is hot. If you are trying to start it the same way you do when it's cold that is almost certainly the problem.
