Lehr Propane String Trimmer??
I picked this up off craigslist. It is like new but the propane hose has a hole in it. I am unable to find a replacement. I checked website, it is up and sent msg but no reply, called the 1-800 number on the trimmer and it is not a valid number. They must of gone out of business. Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone used this before?

The hose that goes from the tank to the equipment? If so, just take it by a local propane gas office and ask if they have it. Should be a simple fix.

Yes it is that hose. It is only 3/8" dia and has fittings on each end. Can check with them, just don't think they will have them that small. They deal with larger propane tanks.

The gas places in my area sell regulators, grill hoses, all kinds of related stuff. If your places don't, you could buy the barbs and fittings at a hardware store and some 3/8" fuel line and make your own if your regulated pressure is low and the line is after the regulator.

Yes you can get a replacement hose, but why would you even buy a propane trimmer?
So now your stuck having to drag around a propane tank while trimming.

It takes the small camping propane tank, not much different than a gas tank. The fortunate thing is it was Free. Reviews on it are good so I thought it was worth messing with.
