I have a simoniz pressure washer which is leaking gas from the air filter. I have already cleaned the carburetor, checked the float, cleaned the needle and even cleaned the need and the seat with a qtip soaked in carburetor cleaner. I even tested the float by holding it up and the fuel stops and when i let it go the fuel starts flowing. But once i assemble everything it starts to leak again. For life of me i can't figure out what is the problem. Carburetor is spotless clean including the needle and it is definitely not sticking. I picked this up off craigslist. It is like new but the propane hose has a hole in it. I am unable to find a replacement. I checked website, it is up and sent msg but no reply, called the 1-800 number on the trimmer and it is not a valid number. They must of gone out of business. Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone used this before?
