primer bulb
TOM, I HAVE A CRAFTSMAN EAGER ONE 5HP PUSH MOWER. THE PRIMER BULB IS MISSING(I SUSPECT MY SON HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS). IS THIS SOMETHING I CAN DO MYSELF? IT APPEARS TO HAVE A PUSH RING HOLDING THE REMAINS OF THE BULB IN PLACE. ANY INFO WILL BE APPRECIATED, THANKS FOR YOUR TIME,DOBOY

It is an easy job to replace it. To give you better advice on how
to do it, post some numbers off of the engine and/or mower.
Some primers are on the engine cover, but yours sounds
like it is on the carb, so your engine model numbers are needed.
Wheb thet get old, the primer can fall apart, so it may be no
one's fault. Let me know, as it is an easy repair.

Well, I could be more cryptic to try to sell parts, but your primer
bulb is either a #36045, or a #632047, depending on the color
of the bulb. Your model number did not give me much info
as I had hoped, but match the old color bulb up with your new
one and you will be fine. Any mower shop should have both in
stock.
