Husqvarna chainsaw engine size

Husqvarna chainsaw engine size

Just a quick couple of questions ... i just bought a used Husq. chainsaw, model 394XP Air Induction ...
I did not get a manual. so i was wondering if anyone could tell me the engine size in cc and/or c.i.d.
also .. just what is the "air induction" part of this ??

Should be 94 cc. The air injection is just a snorkel off of the
flywheel, it is supposed to prevent dust from reaching the
air filter.

thnx for the reply ... do you, or anyone, have any suggestions on maximum bar length for this saw? I was planning on at least 24" or more ... for occasional large dia. tree removal.

The recommended bar length for the 395 is 18"-42".
So you probably could go as long as you wanted.
24" is quite adequate for around here.
