Does anyone know what make motor powers these vintage snowblowers. I have an old 3.5 horsepower (similiar to the Tore S200) Need to rebuild carb. Can't find model number on motor to identify.

Thanks, Tom

More Detailed Information Requested

Hello and Welcome Tom to our Small Engine forum.

Knowing the year of the snowblower may help us to identify the engine. Any additional info on the machine may help also.

All engines have the model numbers somewhere. If the engine is dirty, clean it with automotive engine cleaner. Look for stamped in numbers around the carb area or beneath it.

If you also describe the carb, we could determine what type it was and offer helpful ideas, suggestions and rebuilding methods, etc.

Also describe the problem with the engine. May not even be a carb problem.
