Sears Lawn tractor

Hi I have an old Sears Carftman Lawn Tractors 1990. It has a tecumseh 10.5hp engine in it. I have a B&S 11Hp it runs much better then the tecumseh. what I want to do is take the tecumesh out and put B&S in they are both electric Start. The B&S needs an new Alternator I have it on order. Can this be done without having any problem. Please help. Thank You

Easy job, the bolt pattern is the same on both engines. Check to be sure your crankshaft sizes are the same. Other than that, piece of cake! Let us know if you run into any obstacles.
