Hello: tnpops
I would suggest you start with the low {L} speed screw set outwards 1 turn and the high {H} speed screw 1 1/2 turns.
This should get the engine running. The final setting of the low {L} speed screw will be about 3/4 to 1 turn outwards.
The high {H} speed screw about 1 to 1 1/2 turns outwards.
Much of the above is generic. Several factors must be considered. Engine condition and altitude are 2 of the primary ones.
The correct setting will allow the engine to idle well without loading up with fuel. The high speed not running too lean nor too rich.
The correct settings for your machine must also allow the engine to rev from idle speed to top speed without any hesitations, stumbling or dying.
