Paint type for ceramic tile floor
What paint type is best after primer is on. Floor paint, Alkyd, oil or latex. (kitchen floor-will have rug runner) Other?

Floor paint for floors. Alkyd or latex, your choice. The only difference will likely be the amount of time before you can walk on it. Latex usually requires a waiting period of 24 hours.
