Keeping white white

For white trim, I've used an alkyd oil enamel and love the "wet look" sheen you can get but it always seems to yellow in a few years. A latex hi-gloss paint product just doesn't yield the same finish but at least it doesn't seem to yellow. Any suggestions for a product that will give me a very white white with a high gloss and won't yellow. How about an automotive type acrylic enamel?

I've used Benjamin Moore's Impervex Hi-Gloss Latex, looked pretty good to me, had a strong shine to it.
