soft stippled ceiling

I am about to paint our ceiling & it is a soft stipple , can I paint this with a latex paint ,I can't use a oil base paint because of health reasons ,any advise would be welcome

Yes, you can use latex paint.

I just painted my living room wall with a semi-gloss paint. I primered the wall before I painted. I have put 3 coats on because every time the paint dries, the coat does not look uniform or even. In other words, some parts of the wall look lighter than others. Help!!!!!!Read More
