Question Painting over Silicone Caulk

I used a silicone caulking in our bathroom over a latex paint and have a few spots where the caulking needs to be painted over.

What is the best way to paint over the silicone caulking or remove it? If I remember from the last time I used silicone caulk, the paint just beaded up on the caulk. Thanks. -Steve

You can't really paint over silicone caulk . Its not paintable. At least I don't know of a way.

Oil primer will enable latex paint to adhere to silicon (usually )
