Question not sure if my PAINT spoiled

Two years ago I inherited a storage building which was full of numerous (approx. 50 cans) of paint, (latex, marine, stain and even polyurethane). I have used many of these on small projects and have had no problems. However, my next project is the interior walls at home.

How do I know if the paint has been frozen before? If so, what will happen? Does polyurethane spoil or freeze?

Poly will stay good along time. Try to mix them, if they mix up nice and smell like paint, they should be OK. If they smell bad, they are bad. Try to brush some out on something. If it has been frozen, you will know.
