Painting asbestos shingles
What do I need to know? How do I prep? Prime? Oil? Spray or brush? Any help would be appreciated!

Power wash the shingles, then apply a good quality exterior latex primer. I use a brush and roller. Then apply a latex exterior finish coat. I add some Emulsa-Bond to the primer and paint which helps the adhesion to the shingles chalky surface.
