Paint for tile and tub????

We are in the beginning of a major whole house redo. Eventually I will gut the bathrooms, but for the next year or so, I would like to make some inexpensive improvements. The only thing I can't find is something to "paint" or resurface the bright pink tile and tub with. I do not want to go to the expense of a tub liner and retile right now. What's out there???

The only product I'd recommend for tub/tile is a 2-part epoxy.
Click HERE for a good example of this type of product.
I actually prefer to use Pratt & Lambert's PalGard Epoxy.
