Exterior Painting, temp too low?

I am purchasing a house and sched to close end of this month. Before I can close however, I must take care of some exterior peeling paint on some trim.

I have agreed to take care of this since the seller was unwilling to. I am concerned now about the temp outside and paint drying.

I am in CT and the temps are in the 60's now, anywhere from 60-69. Will I be able to paint? If the outside temp is too cold, are there any tricks to paint in cold temps?

Ask where you buy your paint what the min. temp is for that product. Most latex is around 55 degrees (min. temp), I believe and sounds like you will be fine. Hopefully the sun will be hitting the area you are doing and you do it in the morning.
