Question

My house is panelized construction. Shouldn't one or two rolled coats of primer then one coat of paint work over the OSB walls. Type of paint reccomented?

"Yes", with two notes. Some OSB has a wax coating the must be removed before repainting. Washing with TSP, then rinsing will do. Use a stain blocking latex primer before topcoating with 100% acrylic latex. The major paint manufactures make both primers and paints that are compatible, so select a good brand, then ask the dealer.
