Paint shades & types

Ok...I asked this before....forgive me but
I need to be clear! I want to paint both
the walls in the hallway and den the same
color, Country White, and also the trim
the same Country White....Should I use
semigloss on the trim, and satin and eggshell
on the walls....(the den is paneled...)
Once before someone mentioned that even
though it would be the same color, the sheen
would make them look a bit different....
