Exclamation painting around windows

what is the best way to paint around my windows? what is the best way to clean up any paint that gets on the glass?

Use a light touch, and a good brush, an angled sash brush is your best bet. If you get any paint on the glass, let it dry, and scrape it off with a razor blade.

For anyone else reading this thread: Don't even think about taping. You'll just waste time and still need to get the old razor blade out.

One other hint: Once the paint is dry to the touch (don't wait until tomorrow) open the window and close it again. You want to break any "sticking" points before the paint cures.

we paint about 5000 windows a year
everyone gets scraped clean before we leave
