Question Paint marks easily

Hello,

We have new, unfinished pine cabinet doors.

I spray-painted primer on them, then coated with two coats of acrylic latex, satin paint.

Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to scrape the paint and see the the white primer below.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Let it cure for a month or longer. If it has been longer than a month what paint did you use.

Question Primer

I'm not sure what type of primer (used up the can and disposed of it).

Is there a type that I should have used?

If I used the wrong type, what can I do about it now?

Thanks!

Not much, but we may be able to diagnose why the paint is peeling so easy, and figure the best way to fix it.
