Bathroom paint?

We moved into our first house about 6mths ago. After gettings a hot shower I notice drip marks on the walls, the walls are yellow and the drip marks are kind of a orange color. I'm guessing that the incorrect paint was used... we plan on repainting the bathroom next month and I'm wondering if I can just paint over this old paint with the correct bathroom paint or will I need to strip it??

It shouldn't be a problem to paint over the existing paint. Be sure to use a latex enamel - satin would be fine. I'm guessing that what is on the wall now is a cheap flat paint and moisture from the shower is making the marks. It would be a good idea to run the exhaust fan when taking hot showers.
