I just finished painting a 15x25 bedroom, the two long walls are almost all drywall except for 2 windows on one and 1 double door on the other. Starting at the top I painted about 1/2 the width and about 30" down, then went back to corner and started over. Is this recommended or is it better to roller all the way across wall then start over? Thanks for your help.

How you want to do it is up to you, but you always want to be working with wet paint. If you paint up to a point and let it dry before you come back to it, you can be left with a visible difference between the two areas.

I'm not sure I understand. Usually you would cut in and then roll to each break in the wall [window/door] and continue in that manner.

You always want to cut in a section first and then roll top to bottom as you work your way down the wall.
Use a roller pole [screws into end of roller frame] to assist in rolling from floor to ceiling.
