tub floor

Is there a spray product I can apply to my worn tub floor-it is one of those fiberglass/plastic/? tubs with side panels that go over the old tub and tiles. I think an abrasive was used or it's just worn but looks dirty in areas. Thank you.

There are a lot of tub refinishing products on the market. Most are brush-on. Some of them give a couple years of service. The problem is that most people do not follow the preparation directions. This is the most important part of the process. Seems that the drain causes the most problems. It should be removed to prevent water from getting under the new surface and starting peeling off. Good luck.

>>I'm curious to know if you have heard good or bad about 'acrylic porcelain enamel' spray at Home Depot?

No I haven't. Most the members that post about tub treatments don't give names but some have said they bought it at HD. As stated in last post, do the prep work REAL WELL and follow all label directions. Good luck.
