Oil Over Latex Paint: Primer Req. ?

Hello:

Want to put an oil based paint over an existing latex coat in a bathroom environment.

Guess I need a primer, as I've read oil over latex, directly, won't work.

True ?

If I do need a primer, what's a good one ?
Kilz ?
Zinsser ?
Or,... ?

Recommendation on a brand, and type, would be appreciated.

Thanks,
B.

Unless there are underlying problems there is no need for a primer when top coating interior latex with oil base.
