exterior painting question
i just repaired some rotted out clapboard siding with some "bondo" plastic auto body putty. Yeah! thats right,"Bondo". Came out well, now i have to prime and paint to match the clapboards.
What do i use to prime the bondo and surrounding clapboard ? Finish coat?
Thanks

Nothing wrong with using bondo to patch the siding.
Use an exterior oil base wood primer to prime the bondo and any raw wood. The top coat should be similiar to what is on the rest of the siding.
