Unhappy paint coming off around edges in large strips

I removed wallpaper, did one coat of primer and one coat of Ben Moore paint in the bathroom. all seemed to be going ok. today, I put the final coat of paint on and when I removed the tape strips that were protecting the shower stall (and had some paint on them as well) large strips of paint (2-3 inches)came off the wall next to the stall. It looks like the strips went down to the primer as it's white underneath. I've never had this happen before in the dining room or living room. Maybe it was a moisture problem but I don't know. question is, what do I do now with those bare patches? thanks for your help.

If there's primer still there, cut in with the BM around the stall with a brush
-not a cheapo, that'll make it harder to cut straight
A nice Corona, Wooster, or Purdy 2 1/2 inch sash (angle) would be a great investment

You may need to spackle the edges to soften the transistion where the paint peeled. If you must use tape, try to remove it while the paint is still tacky otherwise take a razor or utility knife and cut along the edge of the tape to remove any paint bond.
